Who is the programme for?

The program is designed for players of different age groups who need to improve selected hockey skills or players who want to train in a team; to achieve this goal, on-ice, on-trainer and off-ice training sessions are used; on-ice and off-ice training sessions are used as a support to on-ice training sessions.

PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION

The program is focused primarily on either skating, shooting or stickhandling according to the goal set before the start of the program; The program is conducted in groups, which allows to use in training exercises the cooperation of players as a motivating factor and also a factor that brings progress; especially in on-ice training, this form of training allows to include game exercises in which players must integrate skills, fitness, game thinking (read and react), motivation and at the same time overcoming the resistance of the opponent.

OUTPUT, FINAL EVALUATION

Based on the observation of the players during the training sessions, an on-going consultation with the players will be carried out, where the players will be presented with their strengths and areas for development, and then presented with the possibility of creating a further training plan.
